From Huffington Post:

This...

Google+ adds Lists this week. From Huffington Post:

This “Suggested Users List” takes cues from Twitter’s “Who To Follow” feature. Users can browse celebrities, journalists, and more personalities featured on Google’s general “Picks” list. Users can also sort through categories like Entertainment, Fun and Interesting, Photography and Art, Technology and others. Within these lists, you’ll find celebrities like Paris Hilton and Ashton Kutcher, as well as entrepreneurs like Richard Branson and journalists such as MG Siegler.

I’ve picked my favorites from the lists. And I’m grateful for this feature. I’ve been tuning in to Google+ a little less lately, as a lot of people have, because of a lack of activity on my Stream. Enough of my friends just aren’t signed up yet to make the new social site something I’d turn to on a daily basis yet. But adding people like Arianna Huffington, Richard Branson and, of course, Sergey Brin, will certainly help.

But this Lists page is bare bones right now. I’d like to be able to hover over someone’s name or picture and see a hover state with a short bio. Or click through to their page of public posts. Or see similar people I can follow.

But as with everything around Google+ right now, it’s in a constantly evolving state and everything seems to be on an experimental and trial basis. In fact, I wasn’t even able to find link to Lists from my profile page. I’d expect it to be somewhere near Sparks.

My husband and I submitted these photos to the NYTimes and made...

My husband and I submitted these photos to the NYTimes and made the cut!
